We provide premium, strictly visual property security and climate monitoring for absentee homeowners, vacation properties, and estate owners in the Chapel Hill and Pittsboro areas. Our weekly visits ensure your home maintains a secure presence while you are away.
Our weekly in-person visits include:
A video of a full perimeter check of your property
Secure mail and package management
Check that all doors are locked
Photos of your thermostat settings
Digital reporting
Plans start at $189 for 1x per week and $349 for 2x per week.
Second Key is not a property management or maintenance business. We do not handle repairs or perform plumbing or leak inspections. If during the visit we notice any issues, we will bring it to your attention.
